About 4:8 Physio in Crestview, FL

Faith-driven care for people who want answers.

4:8 Physio exists to help people feel seen, understand their bodies, and move forward with confidence through one-on-one physical therapy, pelvic health care, wellness support, and practical education.

Whole-person care, rooted in purpose.

Inspired by 1 Timothy 4:8, 4:8 Physio blends clinical excellence with compassion, education, and a deep respect for each patient's story.

Care here is personal by design. Patients are not rushed through a system or reduced to a diagnosis. They are listened to, taught what is happening, and supported with a plan that fits their body, goals, family, work, and season of life.

The new direction for 4:8 Physio is bigger than a clinic brochure. Through The Freedom Library, Move Well resources, and one-on-one care, the team is building a place where the community can find trustworthy answers before, during, and after treatment.

What guides the work.

These values shape the way 4:8 Physio teaches, treats, supports families, and builds resources for the community.

Faith-driven care

Rooted in Christian values and a commitment to serve every patient with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Educate with purpose

Knowledge builds confidence. Patients leave with practical tools, not just a list of exercises.

Equip for life

The goal is not only relief today. It is strength, resilience, and confidence beyond the clinic.

Make care possible

With one-on-one visits and childcare support for infants through older kids, care is built around real life.

People are looking for answers before they are looking for an appointment.

That truth shapes the future of 4:8 Physio. The clinic will keep serving patients in person, while The Freedom Library helps the broader community learn, move, and make informed decisions.

Dr. Molly Gray, owner and founder of 4:8 Physio

Meet Dr. Molly Gray, DPT.

Owner, founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Crestview native.

Molly founded 4:8 Physio to create the kind of care experience she believed patients deserved: one-on-one, thoughtful, clinically strong, and deeply human.

Her background spans physical therapy, personal training, nutrition coaching, and community-based wellness. That mix of experience shapes the clinic's approach: understand the whole person, teach clearly, and build a plan that helps patients return to the life they love.

The Freedom Library is a natural extension of that mission. It turns the questions patients ask every day into practical resources that can serve people long before they are ready to book.
